• Any Computer💻- You don’t need a fancy setup of 16GB RAM, GPU, Graphics Card or a software that takes hours to download and even a few more to get it configured. All you need is a Web Browser (not internet explorer) and any text editor will do (even Notepad). No matter whether you use MacOS, Windows, Linux or even Windows Vista😂.
• No Prior Knowledge📚- You don’t need to be good at anything to start. Yes, Not even Mathematics✍🏽. Once you know how to operate a computer fully it won’t be a problem. All you need is Determination💪🏽
• You get results soon✅- Many fields like CP(Competitive Programming), ML/AI/DSA will take you time to see results of the work you put in. As a beginner its tough to go down that road. Each day one learns a new tag or attribute they can see the results rendering in front of them.
• Errors are easy to debug👾- As a beginner facing a nasty build failure or error is really upsetting and might demotivate a beginner to not discontinue. In Webdev you start with HTML. HTML is like insanely easy and kids too can learn it. (No need of WhiteHat Jr.😏)
• No fear of breaking your system😰- If you system has less RAM and you run Android Studio it might get stuck eventually . Webdev initially will never give you this problem. One in no way get system to act up with just notepad and browsers.
• Used not only for Websites👨🏽‍💻- One learns HTML which is a markup language .Almost the same markup is used to write articles (this one for instance), make beautiful resumes (overleaf ,latex). Also would help one with some similar Markups like YAML used in GitHub Actions. So, even if you don’t continue it, these skills will help you.
• You learn some nasty skills😈- You might have come across sites that don’t let you copy & paste stuff, But What if I told you can?🤯 You can even make fake screenshots very easily🤫
• Helps everywhere😇- Later down the road if you start making ML models or something more hi-tech, you have a method to deploy it and make it helpful for users to use. You will also be able to be an integral member in any kind of team. Others can make very heavy software, but there is always a need to make an interface for the Project with which an user can interact to use the software.
• Artistic skills🎨- If you have some interest in making beautiful artistic things, Webdev community will welcome your skills with open arms. There is always need of great front-end developers in every project big or small. So your coder and artist both are getting the opportunity to grow.
